Members may apply during their senior year of high school or while enrolled at an accredited college or university and must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Funding for this scholarship may be applied to the degree program of the student's choice. Past AQHF scholarship recipients are eligible to reapply for this scholarship.

    Eligibility: Applicants must be Louisiana residents who are juniors or seniors at a CCE-accredited chiropractic college located in Louisiana. They must have a GPA of 2.75 or higher and must intend to work in Louisiana after graduation. Selection is based on the overall strength of the application.
