    Eligibility: This award is based on academic excellence, financial need, extracurricular activities, community service, involvement with American Saddlebred horses and personal references.   • Federal Junior Duck Stamp Program and Scholarship Competition

    Eligibility: Applicants must be in kindergarten to 12th grade and submit their artwork to their state or local department. Students must be U.S. citizens, resident aliens or nationals.   • Junior Showmanship Scholarship Program
