    Eligibility: Applicants must be students at Florida colleges or universities or students from any school whose applications are endorsed by a FOWA member or faculty advisor. Selection is based on essay, faculty advisor or FOWA member endorsement, scholastic merit and extracurricular activities. Preference is given to journalism and communications majors.
