    Eligibility: Applicants must be Hawaii residents of primarily Japanese ancestry who were born in the state and who are a graduate level student at a college or university in Hawaii. They must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and prove financial need.

    How to apply: To apply, register online, complete the online application and select the scholarships to which you wish to apply. In addition, mail the supporting materials: printed confirmation page from the online application, personal statement, copy of Student Aid Report (SAR) available at www.fafsa.ed.gov and official transcript.
