  • Chicana/Latina Foundation Scholarship

    Eligibility: Applicants must be Chicana/Latina women who have lived in the Northern California counties for at least two years and are attending school at an accredited institution in the same region. Undergraduate applicants must be full-time students who have completed at least 15 semester units and earned a 2.5 GPA. Applicants must demonstrate leadership and community involvement and agree to volunteer at least five years in support of the Chicana/Latina Foundation if they receive the scholarship.

  • Gateway to Success Scholarship for Minority Nursing Student

    Eligibility: Applicants must be racial minority students (Hispanic, Native American, Alaska Native, Asian, African American, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islanders) and meet the eligibility requirements for employment at Nebraska Medicine. Students must have a 2.5 high school or previous college GPA or higher. Applicants must plan to enroll full-time at Clarkson College in the Nursing program, earning a Bachelor's degree upon graduation. Students must successfully complete summer internship program at Nebraska Medicine and maintain a 2.5 GPA for scholarship renewal.

    Eligibility: Applicants must be African American, Hispanic, Asian American or Native American students working toward a graduate degree related to strength and conditioning. Applications are evaluated based on grades, courses, experience, honors, recommendations and involvement in the community and with NSCA.
