Spring 2021 Los Angeles Harbor College Foundation Scholarship

 

 

Steps to applying:

1. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to fill out the application form. You can download and install Reader from the Acrobat website at: http://get.adobe.com/reader
2. Download the Spring 2021 LAHC Foundation Scholarship A​pplication​​ to your computer and note the location of the file.
3. Locate the file in your computer and rename with your first and last name only. File name example: Amanda Smith.
4. Open the renamed file
5. Fill in the required information and respond to the questions.
   • DO NOT copy and paste items to another application like Microsoft Word and save as a pdf file
   • DO NOT submit a shared file.
   • You MUST use an submit the actual downloaded application form. Any other format will not be accepted.
6. Save frequently.
7. Complete the application in its entirety.
8. Send the file as an e-mail attachment to the address specified on the application. Put your full name on the subject line of the e-mail. See image below for example.
